Once you’ve booked a handover slot, you can change your mind and cancel it at any time.
If you choose to reschedule, you'll need to do so before 12pm two days before your slot or we may charge a £149 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee may also apply if you’re unavailable when we arrive to collect the car at your home, or if you’ve booked a slot at a Customer Centre and don’t turn up.
