Cazoo Aftercare

Your Cazoo car includes our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, the 3-Day Driveaway Insurance and at least 90 days of warranty and RAC roadside assistance.

The 3-Day Driveaway Insurance from Tempcover covers customers aged 21 to 75 years, and vehicles with less than eight seats.

If you’ll be using your car for hire and reward (which is using it for services or transport in exchange for payment), we’re unable to include the 3-Day Driveaway Insurance from Tempcover or the 90-day warranty and RAC roadside assistance.

You’ve got up to a week to get to know your Cazoo car and to make sure it suits you. If, for whatever reason, you’re not completely happy with it, just let us know by 8pm on the 7th day after your delivery or collection date and we’ll give you a full refund. We'll also refund your aftercare extras, if you purchased any.

You can then drop it off at a Cazoo Customer Centre for free or we'll collect it from your door for £149.

You can activate your free 3-Day Driveaway Insurance from Tempcover before we hand over your car. You can also choose to arrange your own insurance coverage instead.

If you choose to activate the 3-Day Driveaway Insurance and decide to keep the car, you’ll need to take out a monthly or annual insurance policy from day four.

If you’d like more time to make sure it's the right car for you, you’ll need to arrange short-term insurance cover for the remaining four days of the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period. At the end of the 7-Day Money Back Guarantee period, you can take out monthly or annual insurance or return the car by dropping it off at a Cazoo Customer Centre or we can pick it up for £149.

At the moment, we don’t offer products available to purchase as a bundle. If you’d like to purchase more than one aftercare product, you can do so by selecting them separately at checkout.

You can pay monthly for Extended Warranty. Simply add it to your purchase at checkout and choose between an upfront cost or monthly payments. You can choose to use the same card as the one you purchased the car with or a different one to make your monthly payments at checkout. 

Paint & Fabric Protection is only available as a one-off payment. You can add this to your basket in checkout or purchase after you’ve received the car.

You can only purchase a Cazoo Aftercare product if you already have a Cazoo car or are adding to your order at checkout.
